  Toaster not available.. not told dine in is closed until finished purchase.. very shady. Lacking and welcoming interaction with the guy working.. wouldn't choose this location again, tbh. Hope I hear a response from Subway head office in reply to this review. Easily fine with permanently switching to firehouse subs.. clearly worth the higher cost and feeling valued. :(

  I’m a regular at this Subway, and I absolutely love coming here! The lady who serves me is always so sweet, friendly, and attentive. She makes my sandwich perfectly every single time and always provides amazing service. She truly makes my day!

  Watch out: they might charge you an unauthorized tip! I went to get a sandwich on my 30 min break around 6:15. There were two other customers waiting ahead of me and despite there being two employees, service was slow. It took about 15 minutes before I was able to leave with my sandwich. While it's frustrating, it's understandable, but then I noticed AFTER I had tapped my card on the debit terminal, I was charged an unauthorized $2 tip. There was no tip selection screen on the terminal. While I was told "that will be $12.90", I was charged $14.90. The screen after I tapped said Tip: $2, Total $14.90. I lingered in disbelief and then they thought to ask if I wanted a receipt. I said "Sure" but then they didn't print it. I had lost most of my break time so I just left with my sandwich, still processing what happened

  I had a really bad experience here tonight. I had to wait more than 15 minutes in the line because they chose not to acknowledge any of the customers in the line and I ordered the sub of the day and it was past midnight when they finally decided to acknowledge me and they said I couldn’t get it because it wouldn’t be in their system and to top that off. I ordered a fountain drink and they didn’t have any medium lids and they just said Sorry, sir, and ignored me. These people should be trained on how to deal with customers.

  Seriously, I hate this. I ordered for a veggie power bowl online from the subway app. I paid extra for double Beans and corns, and extra shredded cheese. There was no shredded cheese, no salsa, no pickles at all in my power bowl, and the quantity in the bowl is such low that the bowl is barely filled half. And about the beans & corns let's just better forget about that as there was no double quantity of it, irrespective of even paying extra. So basically it costed me $18.50 (overall order of about $31) for the power bowl meal online, and I just got the bowl half filled, I mean srsly, this is what you give for that amount of charges! I understand that sometimes items are not available overnight & that doesn't mean you put cut on the other items. But there must be clear communication at least to inform about anything if not sufficient or available, which I didn't received at all. Guys take a look into this matter. I hope you too would not expect a half filled bowl & getting less amounts even after paying for double quantities.
