  The staff gave a decent anoint of meat slices compared to other locations ig. The $7.99 daily special for a sandwich, a fountain drink and either 2 cookies or a bag of chips is a great deal, especially comparing it to A&W’s poutine that’s like already $6

  I am absolutely furious about the online order I received today (26/06/2026). My food arrived completely unsealed. The packaging was torn, the sub was wide open, and there was zero safety tape or Subway stickers securing my meal—just a loosely taped receipt. In today's world, delivering tampered, exposed food is a massive health code violation. When I called the store at 6:48 PM to address this mess, the employee on shift was completely clueless and couldn't even confirm my order details. To make matters worse, she insisted I ordered spinach when it wasn't even listed on my receipt.Instead of apologizing for the store's blatant mistakes, she gave me a ridiculous, dismissive attitude. She snapped at me to "go ahead and mail on the Subway website" because it was "closing time" even though the store doesn't even close until 9:00 PM! Getting lazy, rude pushback because an employee wants to mentally check out two hours early is disgraceful. If the owner actually cares about their business, you need to check who was running the shift at 6:48 PM on June 26, 2026. This employee needs urgent retraining on basic food safety protocols and how to speak to paying customers. I expect a prompt response regarding how this is being handled and a full refund for this garbage experience.

  Food was good but the service was really bad. I was just looking at the menu and the lady working just rolled her eyes at me. When I was ready to order wage was on the phone and as I called her over she gave me an annoyed look. Lastly as I went to go and ask for a bag she took one and just flung it at me. I came at around 4:10pm on June 17. I generally don’t write reviews but this got me upset like at any other subway the service is better.
