  Preeti was very welcoming and served everyone with a smile. She was quick, polite, and made my order perfectly. It's always nice to be helped by someone who enjoys their job. I'll definitely be back.

  I usually don't leave reviews, but Preeti really deserves one. She was working efficiently & made every customer feel welcomed. My sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. Such a pleasant experience

  DO NOT GO HERE OR SPEND $$ Worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant in my life today, Went in to pick up an online order that my wife had placed and I was early so I got to see the 3 subs that we ordered being made, while the lady made them she answered the phone and spoke for a few minutes, after the phone call she went back to completing my order, when it came time for the toppings to go on the 3 subs the lady looked confused So I instructed that to add just a bit of Banana peppers to each of the 3 subs, Then she showed me the receipt showing me onions were also ordered on each of them, I said politely to her I'm sorry that's a mistake can you please just correct it and put what I asking for? then she started to give me problems saying that this is the way it was ordered, they can't change it blah blah blah, So I said to her politely, "You are saving ingredients and money this way, So what's the problem?" She continued on saying that to make sure the order is correct next time instead of just doing it as instructed and her job 🤷🏼‍♂️ She finishes my order and I leave the store. I call my wife to tell her when she placed the order she made a mistake, my wife replied saying yes she knew and that she had called the store to correct the mistake which is the phone I saw the lady answer while making my order, my wife then said the lady gave her problems also rude and arguing with her and then hung up the phone on her instead of just saying, "thank you for letting me know" and making the correction and then letting me know as well. Is it truly that hard to have a bit of customer service nowadays??? Like seriously, after I got off the phone with my wife I immediately turned around and went back, I asked the lady If she had spoken to my wife and why she was so rude with my wife arguing with her and why also she hung up the phone on her, Her reply was, "I don't have time to talk on the phone" I said to her, "then why answer the phone if you're so busy?" And then told her this is customer service and this is what we have to do the correct an online pick up order mistake, JUST DO YOUR JOB! Be courteous and nice to people when you're on the phone with them, Now I am telling all my friends in the area that go there cause I live a block away from this location to not give them ANY business and I will also be sharing my experience on all social media pages.
