  VERY UPSET. I SAW THE WOMAN MAKE AN ORDER WITH MEAT. SHE PUT BACK VEGGIES INTO THE CONTAINER AFTER PUTTING IT ON THE SUB. THE VEGGIES WERE ALL SAUCY. THIS IS DISGUSTING AND CROSS CONTAMINATION. I AM VEGETARIAN. Health and safety needs to come and take a look here. Why are staff not changing gloves after every order as well? Lots of cross contamination. Please follow clean hygienic protocols.

  I had a really nice experience at this Subway. Shifa and Mas’ud were so kind and welcoming. They made my order exactly how I like it, with a smile too. Everything was clean, quick, and friendly. Big thanks to Shifa and Mas’ud for making it such a positive visit.

  No wonder this place has such LOW reviews.. Undertrained staff that don’t know what a meal of the day is, undersized portions and so slow . First time I had such an experience at a subway in the GTA. Won’t be coming back

  The same mistake TWICE. The issue is that the staff keeps misunderstanding that MOD is already a combo, which includes cookies/chips and a drink. These items should not be charged separately.The first time, I was charged an extra $9 for the cookies and drinks. I let it go. Tonight, the exact same thing happened again with the same staff. I ordered 2 MODs and asked for 2 cookies per MOD (4 total) and only 1 drink, but the items were charged separately and I received only 2 cookies. I visit this location 15–20 times a month, but being overcharged twice for the same issue is extremely frustrating. Edit - They are asking me to be more clear lmao, I’ve always been clear and never had any issues with any other stuff but it’s the same lady with which I had this issue twice . Let’s say for arguments sake that I did just say 2 cookies and 1 drink why was I still charged Separately for 2 cookies she could’ve obviously added that to the first MOD. The fact you can’t even refund or give a coupon etc for $5 cookies shows how much you value your customer. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, thankyou!
