  I’ve been getting Subway from this location for almost a year, and honestly, I can’t remember the last time I was genuinely happy with the service. I don’t know if the owner has instructed the staff to cut costs or use less of everything, but the quality and service have gotten noticeably worse. I specifically asked for extra sauce three times,and this is what I ended up receiving. On Saturday, July 26,the guy wearing glasses was working and seemed more interested in talking on the phone than serving customers properly. On top of that, some of the vegetables looked like they were turning brown, and I noticed flies around the food area, which is extremely concerning when you’re dealing with food. I’ve been a regular customer for the past year, but experiences like this make it very difficult to keep coming back. Subway is supposed to be a quick and simple meal, but the service and food quality at this location need serious improvement.

  This is the worst location in Toronto. The vegetables weren't fresh and the toppings were very sparse. I advise everyone to avoid this place. The customer service was terrible. The way customers were treated at this branch was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Businesses should value all customers and provide the same level of respect and service to everyone. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management will take the time to improve customer service

  Worst experience. It seems like they don't want to put sufficient toppings on purpose. Every time I had to ask for more toppings and condiments because it wasnt enough. Every other location has been good and they know how much toppings and condiments goes in a sandwich but this store is by far the worst I have seen.
