  I would like to acknowledge the excellent customer service provided by Vraj at this Subway location. We recently started ordering sandwiches here, and every experience has been outstanding. Vraj is caring, attentive, and very accurate with every order. It’s truly a pleasure to be served by someone so professional and kind. Thank you for the great service.

  I went to pick up and one of the footlong was not made , I saw the sandwich artist was on phone wearing gloves , she was using the same gloves to handle a box from underneath the bench , to handle garbage bin , to hold the phone , to handle the cash register and take something from the back , then, she proceeded to not change the gloves and took the bread from oven using the same contaminated gloves , when I asked her that she is using the same gloves she used to touch the garbage bin , she just shurged , I had to ask her twice to change the bread as it was for my kids , she gave an unsatisfactory expression and the bread she had taken out using contaminated gloves was kept back in the oven for some other customer . It's a health risk and employees should be given additional training about hygiene. I'm a regular customer at that location, but now I'm not sure if pickup would be a right option as I'm not sure how the food was handled. Also on the poster 12 mini cookies was 2.99 and on the cookies box near cashier it's mentioned as 3.59..
