  I occasionally stop by this location after work. On this visit, I ordered a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Salad Bowl and a Chicken Footlong. During the ordering process, I noticed that the lettuce in the salad was not fresh and asked the staff to replace it with fresh lettuce. The employee responded that the remaining lettuce was all they had and that there was no additional stock available. I then asked whether the store would consider closing early due to the lack of ingredients, and the employee answered positively. This made me wonder whether the person assisting me was a regular staff member or the store owner. When I said I would cancel my order if fresh lettuce was unavailable, the employee went to check the refrigerator and returned with a new bag of fresh lettuce. It was unclear whether the employee was unaware of the existing stock or if there was another reason for initially saying there was none. What happened afterward clearly showed an issue with how lettuce freshness is managed. The employee poured the newly opened fresh lettuce on top of the remaining browned lettuce in the container. Proper handling should involve discarding all browned lettuce and replacing it entirely with fresh product. It made me question whether FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles are being followed at this location. Throughout the interaction, the employee did not display a particularly friendly attitude, though I did not mind that much. However, I was deeply disappointed by the explanation and handling of the lettuce freshness issue. Because of this experience, I do not wish to return to this store again.

  i ordered veggie delite but bread tastes like it was there for decades. please serve fresh bread i paid 14$ for the bread that is not fresh

  I stopped by this Subway on two consecutive days and both times Meshwa served me. She took care to get everything just right and did it with a genuine smile. Her warmth and attention to detail made my meals not only delicious but also memorable. Honestly, this branch is lucky to have her—she elevates the whole customer experience.
