Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Rudra. He was incredibly polite and went out of his way to help me with my order, even took time to explain the options and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Friendly, attentive service like this makes such a difference. Highly recommend asking for him next time you stop by.

Absolutely wonderful and exceptional service from Rudra! He went above and beyond to make sure my sandwich was prepared exactly to my specifications. It was fresh, delicious, and very tasty. I also want to highlight how well-maintained and hygienic the store was. Everything was very clean and handled with great care. Rudra was extremely polite, patient, and attentive to my requirements. Even though it was a small order, he gave me the same level of attention and service. Special shoutout to Rudra for the outstanding service! Highly appreciated! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Rude disrespectful Indian ladies who do not speak English and do nothing but waste time. 15 minutes to wait in an empty store with no other orders while 1 takes her time and the other is in the back on her phone. WORST SUBWAY LOCATION AVOID THE RUDE STAFF

I visited around 7:30 pm today to get veggie delight and asked for Italian herb bread server said its for tomorrow’s order can’t give it to you. So they don’t serve fresh breads every day. Next i asked for spinach and she said over delivery will come over night so i can’t serve you spinach. Store close at 8 and mall close at 8 as well who gonna take the delivery at night, its just she was not prepared to serve she gave me excuse which was not acceptable at all. Not going back again and will suggest others to don’t go at this location if you are looking to get fresh food and good service.
