I paid $50 for sandwiches and got no sandwiches.
I don’t recommend this location or ordering on the app. I placed an order for $25 and as soon as I clicked “track my order”, it said “order cancelled”. I called to explain my issue and was dismissed and just told we can’t see your order here. So I ordered again and the same thing happened. I called again and Prableen was very rude and kept interrupting me so I couldn’t even explain the issue and I was not even sure if she understood. At one point I had to ask her to please stop interrupting. This really angered her, but I seriously couldn’t get a word in. She kept talking over me saying she couldn’t help and that I needed to call customer service. I just wanted assurance that customer service wouldn’t turn me away and accuse me of picking up my order. I wasn’t able to get that reassurance because I was constantly interrupted. This was a simply issue that could have been solved with proper communication but instead was a very frustrating night.
In short, the app doesn’t work and the staff are completely unsympathetic. I am out $50 and will never return to subway again. I was shocked at the complete lack of customer service or resolution to my problem. I am even more shocked to see the responses to the reviews in which customers are called “incompetent” and “ridiculous”. Very upsetting that subway franchised to someone with a complete lack of customer service skills. I hope someone reviews these google review responses.

Worst service ever went there today. Employees were rude, wiped the sauce from the knife all over the top of my sub. Will not be coming back anymore.

Been here twice and never disappointed! Neel is great and always makes sure to top up the toppings I like :). Always fresh and fast! Highly recommend this location for your Subway needs.

Very disappointing experience at this Subway location.
I ordered two footlong Veggie Patty subs and drove home, only to discover that neither sandwich actually contained a veggie patty.
Because of the mistake, I made a 20-minute drive back to the restaurant to have the issue corrected. When I explained the problem to the manager, I was told they would check the security cameras to verify whether I had requested veggie patties. After leaving and returning, the manager said the owner had decided that the sandwiches would not be remade.
Instead of remaking the sandwiches, I was told my only options were to take the patties separately or leave the restaurant. The manager also stated that I should have noticed the omission while the sandwiches were being prepared. Given that the sandwiches already contained vegetables, sauces, and other toppings, providing the patties separately was not an adequate resolution. A proper resolution would have been to remake the sandwiches as ordered.
I understand that mistakes can occur. However, what was most disappointing was the lack of a meaningful resolution. There was no apology, little acknowledgment of the error, and the response suggested that responsibility rested partly with me for not checking the sandwiches before leaving the store. Even after returning to address the mistake, the original order was never corrected.
I expect a higher standard of customer service and professionalism when an order is prepared incorrectly. Unfortunately, this experience left me with an unfavorable impression of the restaurant.
