    This will be my first and last time visiting this particular location. I asked for pickles on my footlong I got 4 on the entire thing, they were very light handed with the other items I ordered on my sub too. I asked for it toasted, it still tasted like soft bread. Half the drink options in the fountain drink machine weren't available, and speaking of that I got bug parts in my drink. I won't be going back there.

    I came into this location and the women working was refusing to deal with customers she was acting very unprofessional making issues where there shouldnt have been any issues had she just done what she was there to do her job take the order and charged the customer for the sub and not been giving customers a hard time using phrases such as " all you people " and " people like you " to a ethnic minority women. While other customers came and left. There will be complaints until this situation is escalated to the proper authorities. This is a franchise business. Not a server that is paid an hourly rate decision to whom she feels to serve or not. This customer was bullied and treated very unfairly. Its a shame people like this work in our neighborhood.

    I have been living in this area since 2010 and i have a 14 yr old registered support animal. My routine in every afternoon we go for a nice 1 hour walk and i go to the plaza 3003 danforth ave and grab myself dinner in the warmer weather. Today i decided on subway as i do most times and as regular i go in to order my sub. The lady starts making it then in the middle stops making it and tells me to tie my beautiful dog outside. I said no i do not want to leave out there alone shes sitting down good and we have been coming here for years shes a registered support animal. At that point she said for me not to tell her no im giving her attitude she doesn't have to serve me. Her entitlement during this whole recorded incident was discriminatory and insulting to me to the point i reported it to as many outlets as i could. I also uploaded the video i had of her refusing to serve me and other costumers and her screaming absurd things at me from the back because apparently she thinks police take black people to jail for having their registered dog while trying to by a subway. I would like a manager or owner from this location to contact me because this is just not right as i said ive got it all recorded. This happened today roughly 3:30pm after my routine walk trying to pick up dinner for later. Someone should have taught her that registered support animals are a legal thing and customer service training along with sensitivity training. Thats my sandwich just sitting there while she takes a tantrum in the back refusing me service. No signs on door saying no dogs even though that wouldnt matter because i have a support animal. This situation put me in the mind of many situation where i was treated poorly because of my skin color and ethnic background.
