  terrible location placed an order online app, paid ahead even with screenshots of the order they will not fulfil its over $30 and they refuse to give me a customer service number and speak to a manager. they literally stole from me and I’m homeless. and have no way to get a refund or my order.

  No sense of customer service, stood there for 10 mins and nobody wanted to attend. Tried calling her but ignored us and did not even ask what we wanted. Why do you even operate a store when you don’t want to serve customers!! Worst experience ever.

  Worst customer service and the woman was rushing us for no reason at all, there was nobody behind us and she didn't even have online orders or anything! We couldn't add few toppings as she wasn't stopping even for a second to let us think! It's ridiculous and you should train your employees better! I was there on April 8 in the evening and the receipt says it was served by "7", don't know if that's an employee number or if it helps!

  I recently visited this subway with my friend to buy veggie delight, and i asked for the promotion going on for potato rings and 20oz fountain drinks, they said they are not participating in it, even i do have coupon QR for that, now my question is how can you guys decide that you are participating in that or not? The headquarter is running the promotional coupon till april 13 than why you guys refusing the customers to use that. I am literally disappointed during the visit and will not go back ever not just because of free combo but the rules and misleading information I will definitely email to BDO of subway as well to ask my questions

  10 minutes before I visited the store this is my first time I’m trying subway. The staff is very good the younger girl is very polite and help me to choose all the stuff and she makes very delicious subways both veg and non - veg. She’s very kind. I don’t know her name but she’s very helpful and talk to me like friend.Thank you very much.
