  Made a gigantic mistake of ordering from here. I came in and this woman just stared at me like we were having a staring contest. No greeting, not even a grunt. Earbuds in, dead eyes. I ordered a turkey sandwich but you would have never guessed it based on the thin film of transparent meat she carefully stretched out on my sandwich. She took payment while the sandwich was toasting and returned to making the sandwich with the same gloves. My stomach is literally bubbling as I typed. I asked for salt and pepper, and she gently dusted my sandwich with the almost empty shaker. Couldn’t you just use a different one. These people genuinely seem to hate you. Sad reality in Canada nowadays.

  I went to subway located Central Park, Reshma made my sandwich and I want to let you know that she is the best. She did a great job, her behaviour is very calm, polite and lovely. Impressive 👍

  On August 8 at approximately 6:50 a.m., I had a disappointing experience at this Subway. While my sandwich was being prepared, I calmly pointed out that water from the tuna container cover was falling into the tuna. The employee became angry and repeatedly shouted at me, insisting it wasn't happening. I am a regular customer and expected a respectful and professional response. Subway should maintain higher standards of customer service and cleanliness. I contacted Subway customer service twice but received no response. As I was leaving, I told him, “I have always treated you with respect.” He looked at me and said nothing. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location.
