    Very clean restaurant with friendly staff. I ordered a veggie sub, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. The employee was patient while I chose my toppings, which I really liked .

    Nice people just got little late in order delivery there should be more people to support staff as the available staff at the moment we’re trying their best but had to rush.

    Honestly, pretty bad experience at this Subway on Queens Quay W. Me and my friends ordered 3 Veggie Delight 6-inch meals. We first thought veggie patties were part of the deal, but after they already toasted the buns, we were told they weren’t included. No big deal, we said we’re fine paying extra for 3 patties. But then it just got annoying. The staff (Dhruvi and then Mandeep) kept saying no and going back and forth with us even though we were clearly saying we’re okay to pay extra. It was something super simple but they made it into a whole thing. Also felt pretty rude the way it was handled, especially when Mandeep jumped in even though she wasn’t even making the order. In the end they still added the patties and charged us anyway, so it honestly could’ve been handled in like 30 seconds without all the back and forth. Just basic respect goes a long way when customers are literally agreeing to pay extra.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor customer service at this Subway location on Queens Quay W. My friends and I ordered 3 Meal of the Day Veggie Delight 6-inch subs. We originally thought the deal included veggie patties, but after the buns were already toasted, the employee told us veggie patties were not included. That was completely fine, and I politely said we were willing to pay extra for 3 veggie patties to add them to the subs. Instead of simply charging us extra and moving on, the staff members, Dhruvi and later Mandeep, kept refusing and arguing with us, even though we clearly said multiple times that we would pay the additional cost. It turned into an unnecessary discussion over something very simple. What made the experience worse was the rude and dismissive attitude. Mandeep, who was not even preparing our order, interfered and spoke to us unprofessionally. In the end, they DID add the veggie patties and charged us extra anyway, which proves it could have been done from the beginning without all the attitude and inconvenience. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are willing to pay for modifications. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable for no reason.
