  I'm not someone who does reviews, I prefer experiencing things on my own time, but I absolutely have to write about this place. I go here for lunch on a daily, typically during the rush hour and my gosh, hands off to this staff! They are seriously incredible at what they do. I have never seen fast food actually handled so FAST and efficiently, their coordination is impeccable, especially when also considering that they also have top tier customer service, who knew the two could co-exist simultaneously! In all my years I have never experienced service the way these guys do it. I could go there at 8 in the morning or 8 at night and the staff always have a smile on their face! Shoutout to the guy with the ponytail for also giving my office a massive cookie platter for free for our first catering order! Definitely will be back for more!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience at the Subway on 161 Bay Street, Toronto. My order had missing toppings and was not prepared as per my online order. When I politely raised the issue, the staff was extremely rude and arrogant and told me to go to another Subway location instead of fixing it. I work nearby, so this is the closest location to my office. Poor customer service and an unacceptable experience. I’ve always had a pleasant experience at other subway locations but the staff and customer service at this location is appalling.

  Wow, this spot is a hidden gem. Had to leave a review. Not like any other subway or spot in the area. You can tell the owners put a ton of effort in customer service and everything else. The guy working there is funny lol, gives me a chuckle every time i visit. The two ladies are very nice and take my hygiene seriously, something I don’t see in other locations. Support these guys!

  Standing in line at this place ready to order and the old white guy with straggly long hair who isn’t wearing a hair net is dropping hairs into the toppings, literally turned my stomach and I chose to ate elsewhere. If your hair is that long and greasy, wear a hair net. But why am I telling you this and not the franchise owner 🤷‍♂️

  I'm impressed by the service and food provided to our big order catering place 1 day ahead of time to pick up. The attention to details was impressive! And I don't say this often or easily to a franchise... but this location and at the administration in current time deserves a big cheers. Every single sandwich packed and the cookies box was given an unique drawing that made every member at my office feel especial ! Thank you for this service!
