  I got the $10 special with a Tuna sandwich and I also got their footlong hotdog. I’ve never had a hotdog that big so I wanted to give it a try 😅 Archie was very kind helping me with my order

  I placed an online order, and they got almost everything wrong. They gave me the wrong bread, didn’t toast my sandwich, and even forgot to add the sauces I specifically requested. It honestly feels like they don’t even read the orders before making them. Completely unacceptable service. Save yourself the time and money and avoid this place. This was definitely my last visit. Total disaster.

  I had placed an online order, which was a mistake as I had put in the wrong location and I wanted to order at a different location. The employee at the Subway did mention to me that they can cancel my order and refund the money and I need to call the next day but worst experience ever as I tried calling them several times no one picked up my call. They probably blacklisted my phone number and now they did not provide me the refund as well.

  Customer service is terrible. Not friendly. The sandwiches are rushed not made properly. They don't know how to put the right amount of sauces. Not very clean. Washrooms are out of order. Won't be back. Better Subways subs locations in the area. Very disappointed.
