A pathetic experience. I visited this location twice over two weeks. on both occasions, the facilities were "out of order". there is currently a homeless person that is living here and set up half the space as his tent / bed. I ordered a foot long steak and cheese and it was horrible. I asked for tap water and denied water and the rationale from the server was incoherent. service was atrocious. no napkin s provided. I was also missing my bag of chips and only offered the bag of chips when inquired. how is this place in business. I hope I do not get food poisoning. I will boycott Subway for the rest of my life.

It feels like the staff are being forced to work and don’t care about anything. They barely speak. Instead of them helping us, we end up helping them.

Today I visited this location and unfortunately experienced behavior that felt discriminatory and disrespectful. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated fairly and professionally regardless of my background. The employee’s attitude and way of speaking made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
I hope management takes this seriously, reviews the situation properly, and provides better customer service training to ensure everyone is treated with respect. I normally enjoy Subway, but this experience was very disappointing.

I have no interest in continuing the discussion, which is why I chose to leave a review instead. My only hope is that the situation is taken seriously and that the necessary reminders and training are provided to ensure all customers are treated with respect in the future.
