  Really disappointed with the service from the two employees working around 7:30 PM. Also VERY DRY MY SANDWICH WAS. I don’t know if the franchise owner is aware of what’s happening, but the service was honestly not good. They were busy talking to each other while making orders, and when I tried to ask a simple question, I was basically ignored. I’m not saying this because I have anything against this location. I’ve actually had much better service at other locations, so I know the company can do better. I’m not looking for anything free or any compensation. I just want the staff to improve their customer service and pay more attention to customers. If the service improves, I would definitely come back again.

  I had a great experience at Subway! Razia provided excellent service and was very friendly, polite, and welcoming. She was patient, listened carefully, and made the whole experience pleasant. The service was quick and professional, and the staff created a nice, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

  Disappointing experience at this Subway location today. I ordered a sub with a veggie patty, but it was served completely cold and the patty wasn't heated properly. When I politely asked the staff member to grill it, she flat out refused. Poor customer service and cold food.
