  I made an online order and experienced very poor customer service. While my sub was being prepared, it was not being made according to the customizations I had paid for, including extra cheese and extra toppings. The employee named June was dismissive when I tried to clarify my order and told me that I could not make customizations because more customers would be coming into the store. This was confusing, as Subway’s service is based on customizing sandwiches, and my requests were reasonable. I had specifically requested that only half of the sub have certain toppings. The original employee preparing my sandwich understood and agreed to accommodate my request. However, when she briefly stepped away, June took over and added toppings incorrectly. When I explained that the person eating the other half of the sandwich is allergic to olives, June became upset, complained that I was being difficult, and simply brushed the toppings off rather than remaking the affected portion. Throughout the interaction, I remained polite and apologized multiple times for being particular about how I wanted my sandwich prepared. The original employee was understanding and professional. Unfortunately, June was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, when I asked for my receipt, June threw it onto the counter instead of handing it to me. I would also like to recognize the other employee who was working that day. She was kind, patient, welcoming, and took the time to ensure customers were satisfied. Her customer service was the complete opposite of what I experienced with June. I hope this complaint is reviewed and appropriate action is taken regarding this employee’s conduct.

  Harsh is an outstanding worker who always greets customers with a smile. She is hardworking, respectful, and ensures every order is made perfectly. Subway is lucky to have such a great team member.

  If I could I would do zero stars. I just left this store located a couple minutes ago and the veggies were cold/frozen and when i asked for my sandwich to be pressed. Cause who wants to eat a cold sandwich, they are going to say that thye cant press it with the veggies as of they were the ones eating it. Crew was very unreasonable and had an attitude. She's gonna ask where is the ice, if you zoom in you can see it frozen. I work in the food industry and it never looks like this.
