  Please have more than one staff member working. I was there today and the poor worker was all alone trying to keep up with a restaurant full of customers and many had big orders. Its too much and not fair. Making minimum wage dealing with cranky people. The employee was great, kind and did the job as best they could but still. I could see the frustration and stress.

  The service and the sandwich were second to none. I would really like to appreciate Kelsang for his excellent service and the tasty food.

  I walked into the store, the music was blaring and there was a loud alarm coming from the register computer. I didn't see any employee behind the counter. I called out, no response. I check the washrooms, but they were empty. I called out louder two more times with no response. I opened the door to access the employee area and the worker was tucked behind it sleeping. The door bumped him which woke him up. I joked with him at first about it. He first went to the register to quiet the alarm, then after a few moments of him collecting himself, he asked what I wanted to order. I said - steak wrap. He responded with what bread. I said white, and he goes to get a white bun. I said, no, I want a wrap. Then he proceeds to get a bowl and asks what I want again. I told him I wanted a WRAP. He looks all confused looking around and under the counter. Then he disappears in the back. I had enough of his incompetence, so I walked out.
