  This is an unethical business, one I do not support. They advertise a Buy One, Get One Free promotion through Uber Eats, but the regular menu prices appear to be marked up by around 45% compared to their regular price, making the “free” sub feel more like getting a second one at a discount than an actual BOGO deal. Uber's cost's and platform fees for pick up orders are between 7% - 10%, so that does not justify the 45% increase. The Uber Eats checkout is also confusing. It appears as though selecting two subs qualifies for the promotion twice, and the pricing you see reflects that as well. It’s very easy to misunderstand how the promotion is being applied. I tried calling the store twice before heading in, but no one answered the phone. When I got there, I explained the confusion and asked if they could correct the order to reflect what I believed the promotion should have been. The staff refused to make any adjustment or honour the offer. The whole experience left me wondering whether the confusing checkout process benefits the store by causing customers to unknowingly pay significantly more than they intended, while receiving less. Whether intentional or not, it certainly feels misleading and left a very poor impression having to pay $20 for a veggie sub. Others have also run into the same issue with this location if you read the reviews.

  Today at 4:45 i picked up two salads (chicken and tuna) the sandwich artist was amazing, he was friendly and the food is absolutely so delicious! Big thank you to him for making me and my partner's food, we love it!!!!!! Perfect way to end the weekend ‼️🕺😆 Thank you again!
