  I had an excellent experience at Subway. The sandwiches were fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way I wanted. A special thanks to Alpita, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. She prepared my order with great care and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this Subway location, especially because of team members like Alpita

  I visited the restaurant between 9:00 and 10:00 PM following the recent renovations. When I walked in, I commented on how nice the renovations looked. The employee responded clearly and seemed proud of the work that had been done, so I had no difficulty hearing her at that point. However, when I approached the counter, there was no indication that the restaurant had run out of bread. Rather than informing me immediately upon entering, the employee allowed me to walk up to the counter before quietly saying that there was no bread available. Because of the echo in the restaurant and how softly she spoke, I had to ask her to repeat herself. She again responded very quietly that there was no bread. I was surprised that a 24-hour Subway had completely run out of bread. What was most frustrating was that customers were not informed immediately upon entering. A simple notice on the door or a clear greeting advising customers that there was no bread available would have saved everyone time and avoided confusion. I left without ordering and disappointed with the experience, particularly the lack of communication.

  Shiv at Subway provided outstanding service and made the whole experience very pleasant. He was friendly, professional, and made my sub exactly the way I wanted. The food tasted great, and his customer service truly stood out.

  It was such an exceptional experience I have ever had at subway. Jyoti made sure that my order is very well prepared. Veggies and other ingredients were also very fresh. Looking forward to come back again soon!! Keep up the good service!!
