  At first the place seemed ok. The lady there started making one of our sandwiches and looked annoyed that my husband wanted extra hot peppers and pickles. Then she put the hard edges of the tomatoes and hot peppers. When we asked for mayo and mustard she put the sweet mustard that he can't eat. We wanted that off the sandwich. We didn't even ask for that mustard. Then she made a new sandwich and literally threw the vegetables in and got mayo and mustard on the top of the bread. She was visibly angry at the situation. She made my sandwich the same way (threw on everything very messy). This was unnecessary attitude we received. We're paying for the food and they ASKED what we want on our sandwiches. Would not recommend anyone to go here for the customer service.

  I ordered three footlongs for pickup and placed my order about 20 minutes before arriving, expecting it to be ready when I got there. Unfortunately, when I arrived, my order wasn’t even prepared. The employee then told me that they didn’t have the bread I had selected. What really frustrated me was that no one contacted me beforehand to let me know. When I asked why I wasn’t informed, I was told, “We were busy.” That is not an acceptable way to handle a pickup order. If I had known in advance, I could have simply gone somewhere else. I chose another bread and they eventually prepared the order, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of the problem. I had specifically mentioned certain instructions for my food, including what I wanted more or less of, but it seemed like none of my instructions were followed. Everything was completely messed up. I’m honestly so disappointed and upset. I spent $43 on this order and feel like the money was completely wasted. I understand that places can get busy, but basic communication and making the order correctly should still be expected. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I would think twice before ordering from this location again.

  July 18, 2026: This place is a complete rip-off. I told them to add more sauce, but they didn’t listen. They gave me a footlong with barely any sauce, and their vegetables were making a disgusting smell. I told the employee how rude he was, and I threw the whole subway in the garbage bin. It was absolutely disgusting. I will never go back to this place; it’s a total waste of money.
