  This Subway at Skymark Plaza is a standout! The level of care put into this location is immediately apparent, thanks to the manager, Shuhayb. The restaurant is incredibly clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious. It is rare to find a place that maintains such high standards, including a sparkling clean washroom. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in the Don Mills area. Come enjoy the food and feel the real difference!

  Wanted to add crispy onions on my online order , the guy in store said it’s extra charge , I agreed to pay however they charged me for chips instead , nowhere it says crispy onion add on , totally inappropriate and non professional.

  When I went to this place a few days a go the person who was doing my order (can't remember their name) was extremely nice to me and I could somewhat take my time with things though I did feel a bit pressured so that's why it isn't a 5 and is a 4 as they were rushing me a bit. (might be my delusion, not sure but to me I felt pressured to hurry up.)

  Rude employee! I can’t believe this is how Subway trains their staff. This Sunday afternoon at around 2pm, I called to cancel my order immediately after placing it. A male employee answered my call. I explained my situation and asked if he could help cancel the order. He said he would check for me. A few minutes later, he told me he needed to ask his manager for help with the cancellation and would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited around 20 minutes but never received a callback, so I called again. This time, he was very rude and said it was my own responsibility and that he was not going to help me. He is lying on helping in previous call. He kept blaming me instead of trying to solve the issue, and in the end, he suddenly hung up on me. I think it’s the attitude problem. Very disappointed with the customer service and how unprofessionally this situation was handled. So this is how you train your employee, Subway?
