  When I went to this place a few days a go the person who was doing my order (can't remember their name) was extremely nice to me and I could somewhat take my time with things though I did feel a bit pressured so that's why it isn't a 5 and is a 4 as they were rushing me a bit. (might be my delusion, not sure but to me I felt pressured to hurry up.)

  Stopped by for a quick sub to go. The gentleman who served me was friendly and quick to make my sandwich. The location is conveniently located in the Skymark Shopping Plaza.

  Rude employee! I can’t believe this is how Subway trains their staff. This Sunday afternoon at around 2pm, I called to cancel my order immediately after placing it. A male employee answered my call. I explained my situation and asked if he could help cancel the order. He said he would check for me. A few minutes later, he told me he needed to ask his manager for help with the cancellation and would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited around 20 minutes but never received a callback, so I called again. This time, he was very rude and said it was my own responsibility and that he was not going to help me. He is lying on helping in previous call. He kept blaming me instead of trying to solve the issue, and in the end, he suddenly hung up on me. I think it’s the attitude problem. Very disappointed with the customer service and how unprofessionally this situation was handled. So this is how you train your employee, Subway?

  Good sandwiches and fresh ingredients. The staff made it exactly how I wanted, just a bit of a line during rush hour.

  Order 2 footlong felt chicken was way less than any other place and on the other there was no mayo instead put some hot sauce which wasn’t even in the order was a mobile order seems like the guy working dint paid no attention and ruined my sub will never go to this subway ever probably not any subway either if that’s how the service is gonna be
