  Avoid this location. They got our order wrong. Then they took the sandwich back out of our hands, never replaced it, and flat-out refused to refund us. We walked out with no food and no money, while the staff stood there rude, smirking, and completely indifferent — as though a paying customer being sent away empty-handed was a normal Tuesday. Let me be clear about what happened: they took money and gave nothing in return. That's not a mix-up. That's not a bad day. That's a decision they made, and then defended, to a customer standing in front of them. I have eaten at Subway for over 25 years. This location is a disgrace to the sign on the door. Whoever owns and runs it has built a place where staff treat customers with open contempt and management sees nothing wrong with it. Subway corporate: this franchise is burning goodwill you spent decades building. Everyone else: spend your money literally anywhere else.

  The WORST Subway and customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional, and showed no understanding of basic customer service. It was clear they had no interest in helping customers or treating people with respect. I would not recommend this location to anyone. I truly wish I could give a 0 star rating. Edit: I also wanted to add that I was screamed at by a grown man (the manager) because he wouldn’t fix an error that was made after I mentioned countless times I had an anaphylactic allergy to an ingredient used. Everything in the owners response is a lie to cover up an absolute abomination of customer service. I guarantee your money will be wasted here.
