    0 STAR So slow service at the drive thru, it took them 15 min to open the door and asked oh sorry what was your order…. Come on ppl don’t work if you are that lazy and useless and dont know how to serve . Be a nice server instead of chit chatting at the back….

    I love this Harvey’s. I always get their poutine and this one worker always helps me. Her name is Zayea and she is very nice. Definitely recommend this Harvey’s as the atmosphere is wondering with caring workers. Thanks Zayea!

    Edited to add that the manager, some woman just called me back and her tone had changed completely, but she was ready to throw her employee under the bus. The one who screwed up the burger I said listen lady. You’re the one that yelled at me you’re the reason I called customer service. You’re the one that didn’t wanna help me when I had a problem and was upset this morning and someone was starving at the hospital. You’re the one that told me to find the receipt or provide me with food you’re the one that tell me that how do I know if you ate last night or not? Like I’m happy you have a better attitude now but you need to do better ma’am miss Manager . Try leading from the top down with integrity and kindness and accountability and maybe the people who make your burgers will do a better job and you won’t have to watch the camera and throw them under the bus when you’re obviously the one in trouble. And the woman that I spoke to with the call centre from the The Philippines blatantly lied to me and told me she was speaking to me from here in Canada. What is going on Harvey’s? Why are you lying? Why are you people lying? Went in last night Sunday night at 11:45 to get a veggie burger for my vegetarian friend who is in the hospital right now. Has been there for 12 hours as I was bringing him the food they screwed up his order, and put mayonnaise on the burger and didn’t put a bunch of toppings on that were asked for so he couldn’t eat it at the hospital. It’s almost 18 hours later and I just called Harvey’s to talk to them about it and the manager a woman got sassy and snippy with me even yelled at me at one point. Then I continued to call customer service for Harvey’s and they said it’s a two business day. Wait for someone to resolve my situation. So who so who is accountable here who is going to fix the meal for my friend who has been in the hospital for almost 24 hours now with no food who is fixing this? Who cares. I’m livid. I would avoid this Harvey’s at all costs. They have no accountability. They don’t care at I 100% do not recommend do not do not do not recommend bad bad bad bad bad restaurant bad people bad management bad everything I’m so mad right now. Trust me, I’m not going back to Harvey’s to get my friend some food who’s still in the hospital?

    The girls at the drive thru didn’t know the late night menu that I ordered. It took others to come in and figure it out. They were rude as well. Also I used a gift card and it was not returned back to me and no receipt was given either. Since it still had quite a balance I had to go back to the store to get the gift card. The manager inside was helpful. The burgers were messy and drenched in sauces. Don’t recommend this location at all.

    Ordered a family pack ($39.99) and the server didn’t tell us that adding bacon to the Caesar salad or getting mac and cheese costed extra until I went to pay. Furthermore there is a sign at the door saying they will take 10% off if you have a CAA membership but when I went to pay and showed my membership he said they don’t do that anymore! The simple solution would be to remove the sign at the front entrance or to honor it because they still have the sign posted!!! I will also be complaining to their head office about this location at 506 Keele St.
