  First of all no help whatsoever ordering when I asked for assistance I got attitude! The floors had food on them needed desperately to be cleaned and waited quite some time for what we ordered, don’t waste your time going here we will not be back!

  Only two people ahead of me with small orders. I waited an hour. They then didn't understand what I ordered. I had to walk them through it. Then they didn't know how to make my order which was just two basic value menu items that didn't need altering. Finally get my food and it's mediocre at best. This is the third time in the last month and a half that I've had a horrible experience and waited excessive amounts of time. Multiple times my order is messed up or things are just forgotten in general. I encourage your management to better train your employees before leaving them on their own to run the show. Won't be coming back as this seems to be the new norm.
