    Harman and Maninder working at this location are often rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional with customers. Many others in the community have shared similar concerns and feel customers are not always treated fairly and respectfully.

    The only time I've had a positive interaction is dealing with the clearly part-time high school workers. The one manager (supervisor?) is incredibly rude and actually refused to give me his name when asked. I've seen him mentioned in a lot of these reviews and I completely understand why. What an absolute liability you have working at your business. The owners clearly rely on the brand name to turn a profit instead of good service, otherwise this employee would have been gone MONTHS ago. Worst location I've ever been to, one of the rudest experiences I've ever had at a location I've been a consistent customer of.

    Edit to add: I went back today after receiving this email from the owner. The staff who refused to give me his name was absolutely AWFUL. He at first refused to honour the email saying he wouldn’t do it, then told me he could only give me a single sub and when I told him no, that’s not reasonable he rolled his eyes, shushed me and went to make a call to who I assume was the boss or owner. He came back out in a huff and was a complete jerk to me while making the subs, rolling his eyes at everything I said, throwing the toppings on and was just overall rude. When I checked out he basically threw the subs at me, I said “thank you” in an actually kind voice despite him not deserving it, and he responded with “you can leave” I went to my car very thrown off by the interaction and went back in and asked him why he felt it necessary to be so rude to me, to which he replied “I have to do paperwork now” and kept repeating “you can leave now” talking over me and not letting me say a word. Evan/ethan who was working with him seemed mortified and was very kind to me while I had been waiting for the other guy to get off the phone (so props to him) I also asked why they dont answer their phones to which I was told they’re told not to or don’t do it. After I left again a customer who’d heard the interaction pulled me aside and told me that the worker was always rude to customers and said he’s been going for years and that he’s never had a positive experience with said employee. Horrible location. Absolutely riding on the subway name to make their money with no care for their customers or how they treat them or quality. Disgusted to say the least. Please don’t give this location your business. Apparently I’m not the only one who’s had the same issues with this location. See image. //// I ordered the buy two get one free and every single sandwich was made incorrectly. There were multiple toppings missing, made on the wrong bread, sauce was like an inch thick and toppings I didn’t order added. I tried calling the store MULTIPLE times and they didn’t answer and unfortunately I was not able to go back in person due to my kiddos being asleep. So disappointed. This is the second time this location has dropped the ball and I do not recommend them. Order from Simcoe street.
