  Disgusting service had my sandwich almost made and a fruit flies lands on the bread behind the counter and she brushes it off with her glove like nothing happened . And then my other half sits down and goes back up to ask for a plastic knife to finish cutting his sandwich in half and they give him the sharp green handled knife they use from behind the counter never coming back to this location Gross I didnt take my sandwich I walked away

  Today at approximately 9:10 PM, I went to this restaurant to pick up my vegetarian order. I saw a male employee handling my food with the same gloves used for non-vegetarian food. When I raised this serious cross-contamination concern, he became argumentative instead of correcting the issue. He openly stated that they handle everything with the same gloves, then disrespectfully told me to “shut my mouth” This behaviour is completely unacceptable, insulting, and a serious food-safety violation. Vegetarian dietary restrictions must be respected, and no customer should ever be spoken to in this abusive manner. I demand an immediate investigation and strict disciplinary action against this employee, including termination. If management fails to take this complaint seriously, I will report the incident to the appropriate food-safety and public-health authorities.

  Placed a mobile order at 12.00 am today and felt like wasted all money. In footlong asked for extra veggies and it was like nothing on it.. extremely disappointed by food when expecting to have a good meal.
