  Walked in and initially thought the restaurant looked clean and modern, but unfortunately that seemed to be more of a facade. We were ordering multiple subs, and the staff member was preparing several of them at once. When she placed the final piece of bread down, both my husband and I watched a large black fly crawl out from underneath it and then walk all over that specific piece of bread while she continued cutting the others. We politely asked if she could replace just that one piece of bread. At first, the staff member did not seem to understand why, so we explained that we had just watched a fly crawl all over it and again asked if it could be switched out. She agreed, but then told us there were "so many flies" that if it happened again, there was nothing she could do about it. We asked what she meant by "so many flies,"... Turns out there were already two more flies in the meat area. At that point, the concern was no longer about one fly on one piece of bread. Hearing from a staff member that there were "so many flies," combined with seeing flies around the food preparation area, completely ruined our appetite and we decided not to proceed with the order. I would strongly recommend that management address the apparent fly problem and review food-handling and sanitation practices before serving customers. A clean-looking restaurant is not enough if customers are being told that flies around exposed food are simply something that cannot be avoided.

  Asked to switch breads out because there was a fly that crawled out of the bread. Employee said "I can switch the bread, but just so you know, there are SO MANY FLIES AROUND. I can't stop it from happening" The shocking part is not that there are flies in a restaurant. It's that there are "so many" that employees have to warn us.

  Call to ask which bread options were dairy free, person said I don’t know and that was it. Horrible customer service.

  Received great service, the person in charge prepared My sub lovely with all the ingredient I prefer they also suggested good option , friendly staff and clean area
