  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway today. I’m fairly new to Subway and was simply trying to understand the ingredients before ordering. I asked an employee whether the sauce option was eggless. The employee wasn’t sure, so they asked another staff member. Unfortunately, the other employee responded in a very rude and dismissive manner, saying something along the lines of, “We don’t know. Check it on the website, and don’t ask me these types of questions.” I understand that employees may not always know every ingredient or dietary detail, and that is completely fine. However, there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that to a customer. I was asking a genuine question about the food I was about to purchase, not making an unreasonable request. The response made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, so I decided not to take the sub or complete my purchase. Very disappointing customer service. I hope management provides better customer-service training so customers asking reasonable questions about ingredients or dietary requirements are treated with patience and respect.

  I ordered a Tuna Sandwich by calling the store just 3 minutes before arriving, between 2 to 3 PM, and to my surprise, my order was already prepared and waiting for pickup. That’s what I call amazing service! The staff was incredibly fast, organized, and friendly. The tuna sandwich was fresh, delicious, and made exactly the way I wanted. It’s great to see a team that values customers’ time while still maintaining excellent quality. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
