  I ordered online from the Subway on Manning Road and picked up my order. When we started eating, we realized the food was very cold, and the bread had not been toasted with the cheese as requested. I called the store to ask what happened, and the person I spoke with told me that their toaster probably wasn’t working. If the toaster wasn’t working, I believe they should have informed me instead of preparing the order this way. Very disappointed with the food and the overall experience.

  Extremely disappointing experience at this Subway today. I ordered a sandwich for lunch and honestly cannot remember the last time I had such a poor-quality Subway. The employee preparing my sandwich did not follow the instructions I provided. The sandwich was poorly assembled, with most of the vegetables spilling out from the sides, and it was not properly wrapped or packaged. It looked rushed and carelessly prepared. The bread was another major issue. It did not look fresh, and the taste and texture made it very clear that the bread was not up to the standard I would expect from Subway. The overall quality of the sandwich was extremely disappointing. What makes this even more frustrating is that this was not a complicated order — I simply expected the instructions to be followed and the food to be fresh and properly prepared. I have eaten Subway many times, but this was by far one of the worst experiences I have had. The food quality, preparation, presentation, and customer service all need significant improvement. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers are paying for a properly prepared, fresh meal, and this order fell far short of that expectation.

  If I could give this shop a zero rating I would. I ordered from uber eats, and it didn't have the drink. I called the store, the person on phone didn't have a clue and can't do anything about it. Last week, the delivery person had the worng order and had to go back to get the right order. Never ordering again Avoid this place. Your welcome.
