  I ordered a Hot Honey Chicken Footlong, it was super amazing, like i would 100% recommend to my friends, the employees were super respectful and friendly and i think they deserve more than what they already have, good job and keep up the good work.

  Had such a great experience at this location! Everything was very clean and organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. My sandwich was made perfectly and all the ingredients tasted fresh. The service was also really fast, even though they were busy. You can tell the team takes pride in keeping the store clean and making sure customers are happy. Will definitely be coming back!

  We had a very concerning experience at the Tavistock Subway today, Tuesday, September 22 around 4:15 p.m. We were eating inside the restaurant when we discovered what appeared to be an insect/larva in my son’s turkey, cheese and lettuce sub. I have clear photos of what we found. The employee who had made our sandwiches happened to be cleaning the tables when I noticed it, so I showed it to her immediately. The only solution offered was to make us another sandwich. I declined because, after finding this in his food, I wasn’t comfortable having another sandwich prepared from the same ingredients. I understand that something like this could potentially come in on produce, and I can’t say exactly where it originated. However, finding an insect/larva in food being served is a food-safety concern, and I was disappointed that the situation didn’t seem to be taken more seriously at the time. I hope management follows up, checks the ingredients being served and addresses the situation appropriately.

  Placed a mobile order, I went in to to pick it up. When I got in there, the only worker was serving someone and then there was someone else in line behind them. She asked me if I placed a mobile order, I said yes. She had the receipt sitting on the sandwich station, and told me it takes time. She proceeded to serve the next customer. After 10 mins another lady came out and asked me if I had a mobile order instead of communicating with the other worker, I said yes and she asked me my name. I did the mobile order as I was in a rush, and didn't expect to wait 25 mins for 3 sandwiches. Customers should be served in order of sequence.
