  Not happy with this place.i got a steak n cheese foot long and hardly any steak on it.pretty skimpy for 15 bucks.

  Not a great experience here. I purchased 4 subs and drinks, so not a small purchase (spent $60) and asked if I could grab a small cup for my toddler to get water from the fountain machine. They said no and told me she can drink out of a bowl… like a dog. Dehumanizing and rude. Looked at me like I was crazy. She’s 2! I offered to pay for the cup and they charged me the entire cost of a fountain drink so she could get water, just so she didn’t have to drink out of a bowl.

  I had the best experience at Subway today thanks to Jasmeen! She was super friendly, attentive, and really took the time to make my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. The veggies were fresh, the portions were generous, and she even suggested a great combo with the sauce that made it taste amazing. Jasmeen has such a positive and helpful attitude — she made a quick lunch stop feel like great customer service. It’s rare to get that kind of energy and care at fast food places. Highly recommend this location specifically because of her. Keep it up Jasmeen, you’re doing awesome! 😊 Would definitely come back again.

  Horrible and crappy service I have ever experienced with the food chain. Firstly, in my order, I had clearly mentioned to have extra crispy onions on the side but not in the sub, they just provided me 1 small 2oz container for a footlong which was not even a 6” portion. The girl clearly stating that “I can’t give you more than that “. My sub was not even asking everything extra just wanted to have something particular which I like the most. The offer BOGO which is run by SUBWAY officials, it doesn’t mean you cannot give me something extra, even subway application having the option for extra ingredients. Secondly and the most important, the girl was not wearing any types of “CAP” which is very rarely seen in the food industry. Her hair was hanging around while making my sandwiches. Even the guy beside her wearing CAP which was girl’s CAP. So, in my opinion, the restaurant does not follow the protocols. Overall, I had 3 years of experience in SUBWAY and know everything about it. If any customer asks for extra ingredients, subway should be providing with no hesitation. I know the authority will ignore the review as I have been noticing for many reviews. However, this will definitely be useful for many of you.
