  I usually stop at this location and like the food but always get disappointed that it takes longer to get the order in hand as there is just one person working during peak hours too . Management should work on their staffing schedules.

  We placed an online order of 3 meatball subs for pick up. App said ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the order, the senior lady at the counter looked at me confused, as if no order had been placed. She eventually found the order on her POS system and proceeded to assemble the order. While assembling our subs, she got something in her eye and proceeded to wipe her face with a paper towel. She then cleared and wiped her nose with the same paper towel while wearing the same gloves she was using to assemble our subs. She went back to assembling without changing her gloves. She then handed off the order to a younger girl and went for a washroom break. While I was waiting, other customers entered the store and my order was put on hold each time to serve them first. In total, it took 15-20 minutes after I arrived before my order was ready. After I got home, our family opened the subs and found that 2 of the 3 subs had burnt and dried meatballs mixed with fresh ones. I'm fairly tolerant and considerate of fast food workers, but if this senior lady is a full timer at this location then I would strongly recommend getting your sub from a different location.

  There was an issue with the oven, but Anshika, the person who helped us, tried and made the best of what she could. A for effort.

  The lady was so rude to me when i picked up my order. I ordered 2 chicken teriyaki sandwiches from uber eats and she gave me bacon instead it instead and when i told her she started arguing that i can’t be wrong blah blah blah and despite seeing the sandwich with the bacon and recipt she didn’t help me out or apologized for it. This subway location always disappoints in terms of service
