  We went in and Ordered 4, 6 inch cold cut subs, rhe girl working was very agitated by the looks of her, we were the only ones in the store at the time....this is what we get, small hardly any toppings mostly sauces. I've been to lots of subways and this is very disappointing. We got lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onions, pickles and black olives, and this is the size of subs we got. Very disappointing seeming how we go all the time and get much bigger and fuller same subs.

  Far far too slow 20 minutes to get one person through. You can’t expect someone to do all this on their own.

  This location has gone downhill significantly. I placed my order through the app, and although the app indicated that my order was ready for pickup, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before I actually received it. I was already waiting in the store for approximately 15 minutes after placing the order. When I finally received my order, I was informed by the employee that they were out of pickles and lettuce. This could and should have been communicated to me during the 30 minutes I was waiting, rather than after I finally received my order. I reached out to corporate regarding my experience, and my concerns were forwarded to the store manager. Unfortunately, the manager did not offer an apology and instead simply stated that the employee was new. I understand that new employees need time to learn, but the lack of communication, excessive wait time, and the manager’s response were all very disappointing. Based on this experience and the way my concerns were handled, I will not be returning to this location.

  Ordered through skip. Didn’t put anything in the Sandwich at all. This location just rips you off.
