  Review for subway at 188 sunset drive. I am disappointed. Paid online so we can pick our dinner. There were no customers. Server said he needs a break and then he smoke outside for 15 minutes, came back and told us that they are out of breads. Refused to cancel our order. We ordered on June 30 and at the time of writing this review I am still waiting for a refund.

  Ordered online at 7:56, the app told me it was ready at 8:15. It’s now 8:41 and my order still isn’t ready and I can’t even get a refund. Also the bread ordered and displayed in the app wasn’t available. The single employee was friendly and apologetic but clearly an ownership issue not having enough staff for the rush, watched 5 people leave frustrated by the wait

  Well this is a first so had to share. This gentleman at Subway yesterday reached his hand in an empty bin of lettuce and with the bits of lettuce he picked up split it between two subs. When asked why so skimpy he said it was fine. Then said gentleman got offended when asked how to bypass the tip screen on the debit machine. Supervisors, your staff needs to do better, it would have taken seconds to get another tin of lettuce. I normally have good service here but this needs attention. There are way more sub shops that do a way better job.
