- RRReillysteaSep 19, 20261.0If your main goal is just to get food and get out, this is your spot, you get a decent sandwich and the portions are decent. The prices have gone way up, it is 37 dollars for two footlongs… and none of that would matter if it wasn’t for the terrible customer service, I have noticed this specifically with the over night worker, he’s middle aged, glasses and a person of colour and his customer service has been very unsatisfactory. I went in and asked if I could get a steak and chicken sub, and instead of telling me he could add an up charge for extra protein , he did not understand what I was saying and then said “what do you want” after asking if he could do that for me, he wasn’t friendly, did not greet us and had minimal effort in talking when we asked questions. This needs to be addressed. Customer service is the most important part of this business next to food quality. Please address this subway
- MDmikayla donaldsonSep 9, 20262.0Iv went here before food is fine but I went in late one night before I could get to the counter guy starts yelling for me to get out I asked if I could order and he said no service he’s closed and I thought it was 24 hrs I don’t look like a sketchy bum so not sure what his issue was
