  Worst Subway franchise in St. Catharines. They used to have good employees, I don’t know what happened to them. Usually only one employee working now, even at busy times. They are constantly out of toppings and can’t make the daily specials. Employees ignore customers standing in the store to do online orders. Why are they alone? Terrible customer service. This location constantly is opened late/closed early for no reason. Stopped in today after a long day of work and wanted a healthier meal than Pizza Pizza. Website states it’s open until 10pm. Walk in at 9:35pm, open sign is on, door is unlocked. Stand at the counter for 3-4 minutes, then start looking around. Where is the employee? I hear her, on her cellphone talking to a friend? When she sees me looking around, she doesn’t get off the phone but sticks her head out of the back and states that she closed early. I ask why it’s says they antr owing until 10pm on the website, why the door is unlocked and the open sign is STILL on saying they’re open for business if they are closed. . She has no answer for me, just rolls her eyes and says she closed early. Wow. That’s the last bad thing to happen to me at this location. I will not visit it again. Subway corporate should look into this franchisee. They’re giving Subway a bad reputation.

  This is crazy that they missed at least half of the ingredient I ordered. Can you imagine NO BEANS, NO RICE, NO Spinach, NO crispy Onions, NO Red onions. Charge customer $13 for half of the food I ordered is crazy work

  Food was good as always, no complaints there. But the service really disappointed me. The girl working the evening shift needs better customer service skills.Her attitude came off rude and unwelcoming. It kind of ruined the whole experience. Hope management works on this because service matters just as much as the food.
