  We are regular customers at this Subway location and have generally had good experiences, which made this visit especially disappointing. We stopped in late for dinner after a medical procedure, with two very hungry kids. We waited in line for approximately 10 minutes to be served in person. The Uber driver walked in only a few minutes before it was supposed to be our turn, and we were then told that the staff needed to complete the Uber order before they could serve us. My understanding is that most Subway locations prioritize customers who are physically in the restaurant and waiting to be served. An Uber order has already been placed and paid for, whereas customers standing in the store are there in person and could simply walk away if they are made to wait too long. There is a real risk of losing those customers. That is exactly what happened here. After already waiting about 10 minutes, we became frustrated and walked out without ordering. After a medical procedure and with two hungry children, it was extremely disappointing to be standing there ready to spend money while being told we had to wait for a delivery order that had only just arrived to be completed first. I understand that Uber orders are important and need to be prepared, but there needs to be better judgment about balancing delivery orders with customers who are physically standing in the restaurant. We are regulars at this location, but this experience left us feeling that our business simply wasn't a priority. Hopefully management will review how orders are prioritized so that in-person customers who have been patiently waiting aren't pushed aside at the last minute.

  Apparently not open til Midnight, sign on the door states midnight. Very rude employee, There's a McDonald's up the street.

  Great service from friendly staff regarding issues with the mobile app. Sandwiches tasted good as usual with subway.
