  I love coming to this subway every Friday in the summer, after playing a game of soccer. The workers are always helpful and polite, plus they always make a good sub. Thank you to the awesome Ranjima who made a brilliant sub for me tonight!

  Horrible customer service! After my sub came out of the toaster she demanded that I had to put sauce on it first before my toppings because that's the way she makes them! then argued with me for 5 minutes. Then when I asked her for more sauce on my sub she had the nerve to tell me that's enough and started putting my sub in the paper before I was even done! I will never go there again and we'll tell everyone about the horrible customer service there!

  If I could rate zero I would. I have been going to this subway for years. The staff have always been so kind, and generous. I loved going there. The last 2 months there has been a new guy working(foreigner). I went and got a sub there that almost put me in the hospital. I tried calling everyday for a week almost 20 times a day and no one answered. I physically went there and spoke to someone. The guy told me it was not his problem that I got sick. And he could not do anything about it. Mind you I have a baby at home I need to care for. And I cannot be in bed for days with him. DO BETTER SUBWAY. If I can reach head office I will.
