  No wonder this place has so many negative reviews. The staff’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the employees questioned us about using the washroom because three other people had already used it, even though one person in our group had purchased a footlong sandwich. Very disappointing customer service. Respectful treatment of customers should be the minimum standard. And Since when subway only can give 5 sauces??

  The food was excellent and tasted fresh, and the service was great. The staff was very kind, pleasant, and welcoming. I would definitely come back again!

  The staff who served me today, July 17, 2026, at 9:00 p.m. should simply return to their own country if they don’t want to work. The employee’s attitude was rude and not at all polite. The owners of these restaurant chains need to do a better job of selecting and training their staff to provide proper customer service.

  Had a great experience at this Subway! Kam was very welcoming, friendly, and patient while helping me with my order. The food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant was spotless. The whole place had a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent customer service and a very clean location. Would definitely visit again

  My meatball sub was cold to slightly warm. I was really looking forward to a hot meal. She nuked it twice but never let it do the full circuit. I thought she had a special trick to heating it. Plus she was wiping the crumbs off the counter with the same gloves that she used to prepare my sandwich! I didn't want to be picky but perhaps i should have. There was not enough sauce and skimpy on the meatballs. How many are you supposed to get? I was looking for a survey for privacy, not to publicly complain. I'd like a future replacement.
