  Had a great experience at this Subway! Kam was very welcoming, friendly, and patient while helping me with my order. The food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant was spotless. The whole place had a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent customer service and a very clean location. Would definitely visit again

  My meatball sub was cold to slightly warm. I was really looking forward to a hot meal. She nuked it twice but never let it do the full circuit. I thought she had a special trick to heating it. Plus she was wiping the crumbs off the counter with the same gloves that she used to prepare my sandwich! I didn't want to be picky but perhaps i should have. There was not enough sauce and skimpy on the meatballs. How many are you supposed to get? I was looking for a survey for privacy, not to publicly complain. I'd like a future replacement.

  There’s always a ton of online orders and it takes a bit to get served. I noticed the workers were touching the receipts with their gloves while manipulating the food. Today there were two ladies working on orders and we finally got acknowledged. She only asked if we wanted it toasted but I noticed she added cheese without asking. When I requested to have the cheese removed, she put the cheese that was on my salami onto my friends sandwich (Who doesn’t eat meat). My friend noticed that there was cheese and asked for it to be removed and switched to shredded cheese. The worker responded rudely by saying “I asked and you said no”. The worker took the used cheese and put it on ANOTHER sandwich for an online order. As I sat down to enjoy my sandwich, I found a hair on the lettuce.
