  I’ve always come to this location and have never had any issues. The customer service used to be excellent, but that seems to have changed with the new employees. There’s one new employee in particular who, for some reason, seems offended whenever someone asks whether the bread or cookies are fresh. The first time, I simply asked how fresh the bread was so I could decide what to order. He completely ignored my question and dismissed it, so I let it go since I’d never had any issues with the previous staff. I came back yesterday, made my order, and at the end he asked if I’d like cookies or chips. Since I’d never tried the cookies before, I politely asked if they were freshly baked in the store. Once again, he ignored my question and instead asked me to make my choice. I asked again, and he responded rudely, “What do you think?” I respectfully explained that I wasn’t sure, which is why I was asking, and he repeated, “Like, what do you think?” in the same dismissive tone. I understand that working during busy hours can be stressful, but that’s never an excuse to be rude or dismissive toward a customer who’s simply asking a reasonable question. I hope management addresses this, because the service at this location used to be great and would hate for it to get a bad name.

  My memory on number is beyond good . Unfortunately they overcharged me. I found it when I finished my food . Luckily I had read the receipt . I asked the different amount back ,they still tried to mess up with me . They told me the price on the board. But I clearly point that was not in my bowl. they told me they cannot refund the difference. They can add the scoop in my food, which I just finished , how to add ? Excuse me ? Take a scoop and eat it ? They said they can only refund the whole price , and cannot refund the difference. I insisted on refund me the difference instead of just being nice . And guess what , they did it. They refund the whole FIRST , And purchased the new correct price . And refunded me the difference. I mean you can do that if you want . Even for the mistake you should have refund the whole amount . What a customer service I got today. 😑
