  Not sure what has happened to this location in the last 6 months but it has certainly gone downhill. Service and quality. Went today, produce looked horrible, brown lettuce, sad looking tomatoes, bread was stale (hard as a rock) I called in to simply advise them of the bread being stale and hard and they should probably throw it out before another customer received it. Not even an apology or offer of compensation of any kind. Pull up your socks guys. It's just sandwiches. Update: Brought the sub back as it wasn't even edible. "You the meatball sub guy?" Was the first thing said when I walked in. It was immediate defense, both girls that were at the front when I ordered, walk into the back and another new staff (Nathan) proceeded to tell me " that bread you got was actually one of the freshest ones"... Straight up lie. And when I said here I'll show you "he mauled the sub and says "yup that's normally how they are when they're toasted." I've been eating subway for decades... Not my first visit. Then when I ask for a refund they asked if I had my receipt... You literally knew who I was and my order when I walked in.... Also wouldn't refund my money to my card either, gave me change lol Super convenient lol Won't be returning and shall spread the word.

  We use to love this subway because of the staff but all the staff have changed 😞 Not overly pleased.

  Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a veggie footlong as I am strictly vegetarian, but the employee was making meat sandwiches with the same gloves and then handling vegetarian ingredients without changing them. This was really upsetting and unhygienic from a vegetarian customer’s perspective. I hope the staff is trained to be more careful with vegetarian orders in the future.

  May 5 2026.... 4:00PM Went in to get a Meatball sub. Was told they are out of all bread. They "just sold out.. to a baseball team". What baseball teams are buying 30+ subs... before 4:00 on a Tuesday? Asked which teams purchased that many... and was told I am "not allowed to know". Hmmmm Mentioned I visited 3 days ago, and they were also "sold out of bread" at 5:00PM (and couldn't get a sub) When I asked frankly.. so... I can't get a sub, between 4 and 6 PM on any day... I was told by the Manager... correct. So... between 4:00PM and 6:00PM... you can't get a sub from.... Subway. Interesting. I shall NOT return.

  To the staff James & Noah from April 30 night shift. You guys were great , you banged out our orders like a pair of champs 🏆. You worked as a team . Very polite and humorous thanks again for your speedy service. Need more staff like you two
