  Came in this morning (Tuesday). The staff feel like they hate their job. Very short and rude tone. I ordered a luxe box and asked for a bag since it’s a takeout order. One lady said “we don’t have bags” when I just watched her put another customers order into a bag that could easily fit my items. I didn't argue because honestly I don’t have time for her attitude but I am very much not pleased. Plus, the box was dirty when she handed it to me with sour cream on it.

  The front staff was very rude. I ordered an Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker, but it was missing the main ingredient—the avocado ranch. When I approached the kitchen staff for assistance, one of the women was extremely rude, refused to listen, and insisted that the sandwich was prepared correctly. She even raised her voice at me instead of checking the order. Upon inspecting the sandwich, I found that it contained only lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes, with no avocado ranch at all. It was only after I insisted and another staff member intervened that they finally checked the order and corrected it. The woman from the kitchen was not only rude and unprofessional but also made me feel unwelcome and unfairly treated. Overall, it was a very disappointing customer service experience.

  Worst taco bell location, manager and other workers are so rude. She is not even paying attention while taking the order. Poor customer service.

  Worst food and worst service. Ordered Crunchwrap and it was absolutely worst looking wrap I have seen in my life but still the lady working there had an audacity to say it’s nicely made with an angry looking face. Will like to connect to the owner. No wonder there is not a single person at the counter of Taco Bell inspite of being such a busy food courts. This is at Scarborough Town centre

  I ordered 5layer burrito and got half way just tortilla wrap dry cold and no taste for first two bites.
