  Around 7PM I come to the store ready to pick up my sandwich. A younger Indian lady (didn’t get her name) starting speaking to me, I said I am here to collect my order for the Italian BMT. She said she didn’t make it because I didn’t pick up the phone. I said I didn’t get a call. So she proceeded to call me. My phone doesn’t ring the call doesn’t go through. She’s calling a few times and still nothing. I told her my phone number works I was just on the phone earlier. I’m show her the app for my number she calls again in front of me. I even showed her the order too on the app. I understood what she was saying about the policy. I just wanted my sandwich. She kept saying that she couldn’t make it because I didn’t pick up the phone. I didn’t understand since I was literally there in person confirming my order. I literally told her I’m here in person confirming my order. She continues to tell me that she can’t make it because I didn’t pick up the phone. I’m getting up set here. I’m in the store and I still have no sandwich and there’s an employee here hiding behind policy refusing to make my sandwich. I told her that this is very bad customer service and to call the manager she said she will call. Well she didn’t when I was there. I said if you’re not going to make my sandwich give me a refund. I told her tell your manager that you lost a sale because you said I didn’t pick up the phone. I said I am never coming here ever again. She still continued to say she’s following the manager’s policy.

  Full exploitation!! Money robbing business. Price cheaters. Extra cheese for approx 4 dollars. Rude customer service, absolute disappointment. Employees are not trained. That lady didn't wanted to work here. I felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable. Never going back here. Even if it is a last option !!

  The food is fine but my experience wasn’t great. The employee was making facial expressions that gave the impression she didn’t want to be there or assist customers. It made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope customer service can be improved.
