  Under provincial laws (such as Ontario's Consumer Protection Act) , businesses must provide clear, non-misleading pricing. Charging a consumer for an item they did not buy or receive is a deceptive practice. Since when did subway start charging for crispy onions. On their app it says out of stock while they have them in the store. This is how they charged us for crispy onions by punching in a Coffee into the POS (which they don’t even serve btw), I will reach out to their higher up’s regarding same, this is straight up fa consumer rights violation and I will ensure this is fixed.

  This the 2nd this happened I always order my food on the subway app . While I’m waiting I was watching them make my food they always touch the receipt and with the same gloves they always make my food this time I really got mad and told them to change the gloves proper training has been given to the workers. this was the second time this happened, and this time I had enough, so I had to write a review. Hopefully the store management sees this and trains their staff properly, and tell them when they were supposed to change their gloves.

  There should be more people working at once. It’s not fair for that one employee who is rushing for 20 orders at once.

  Ok so the answer to why your stuff is out of stock is "because it's out of stock". Then can you answer when will your full menu go back in stock? How many months? 2? 3? 10? Just remove from the menu if it's never coming back?
