  I visited this Subway for the first time yesterday, and I had a really great experience. Harman served us, and from the moment we walked in, her service was excellent. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Since we weren’t sure what to order, she suggested a vegetarian sub and helped us choose the toppings and sauces. The sandwich she made was really delicious and fresh! 🥪 Really appreciated her friendly attitude and great customer service. Thank you, Harman, for making our first visit such a good experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

  I had a very disappointing experience at your Subway location today. I was polite throughout the interaction, but the employee's attitude was unprofessional from start to finish. As someone who doesn't visit Subway often, I'm not very familiar with the ordering process. When I asked for an Italian 6-inch, the employee simply responded with "What?" instead of explaining that I needed to choose a bread type. A little guidance would have been appreciated. The employee was also wearing AirPods or hearing aids I don't really know and repeatedly asked me to speak louder, which made the interaction uncomfortable. At the payment counter, my card was already in my hand, ready to tap, but he responded rudely by saying, "I haven't put the numbers in yet." Finally, when I accidentally selected the wrong option on the payment terminal and asked for help, he said, "Read first," instead of assisting me. Like what the hell. I have visited this location twice because it's close to my workplace, but both experiences have been disappointing. I came in looking forward to a good meal after work, but instead I was met with poor customer service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
