  I visited this Subway location yesterday ( Saturday) on 06/21/2026 around 7:30 pm . and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, an employee was finishing another order and asked me to wait, which I was happy to do. However, when another customer arrived after me, the employee began taking their order before serving me, even though I had been waiting longer. When I politely asked about my order, the employee became dismissive rather than explaining the situation. The interaction felt unprofessional and unfriendly, and I did not feel respected as a customer. it appeared that the employee did not want to change gloves to prepare a vegetarian order and preferred to continue making another non-veggie order to . When I raised my concern, the response was dismissive and unprofessional As SHE SAID U WANT TO SAVE MY TIME !! I understand that staff can be busy, but customers should be served in the order they arrive whenever possible, and communication should remain courteous. I hope management can address this issue and provide additional customer service training. And this is not first incident!! She behaved so rude in my last to last visit however I ignored because got to know from other employee that she is recently hired . So I was like everyone needs time to learn. Today,nevertheless, she literally made me speechless and I had to post this review. She works on weekends though !!

  Had a great experience at Subway today. Hema provided excellent customer service — very polite, patient, and professional while preparing the order. The sandwich was fresh, tasty, and made exactly as requested. Really appreciated the friendly attitude and quick service.
