  Bridlewood Subway is the best because Sharmala ( hope I am saying her name correctly) makes the best sandwiches. She is very friendly, always smiling and the subs she makes are perfect!

  Sharmila was wonderful handling the line ups and efficient with a smile! Kudos to her!! Liked the new Grilled Chicken with hot honey. Would like to see healthier drink options like coconut water, Perrier etc. Avoiding sugary drinks!! Thank you Subway.

  Closes at 8.15 - not updated in google maps. Looks like they are open but don’t want to take order anymore. Employee said closed at 8pm. App said 9 pm. What is true?

  One of the most disrespectful store, the white girl who works there is one of then worst employees ever, watch out, I will do everything in my capacity to make sure her racism is checked.

  I’m writing this review with the time stamp so the owner knows who I am addressing this to it’s 5.37 pm on a Friday - 9/11 the person who’s on the shift right now The female employee currently serving customers has absolutely no understanding of basic customer service, professionalism, or food\-handling standards. She was not wearing a name tag, was handling the bread with her bare hands, and showed an extremely disrespectful attitude throughout our entire interaction. The bread served was stale, extremely hard, and clearly not up to an acceptable standard. There were just 2 sauces added, and when we asked for additional sauce, she simply refused. When we pointed out that the bread was hard and asked for it to be replaced, instead of addressing the issue professionally, she became confrontational and started speaking to us extremely disrespectfully. This is completely inappropriate behaviour for someone representing your business. I live only two lanes away from this location, and I will be coming back to speak directly with the manager/owner regarding this incident. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and appropriate action to be taken regarding the employee’s conduct and her continued handling of customers. I have photographs and videos documenting what happened, including the condition of the food and the interaction, and I am prepared to provide them if required. If this is not addressed appropriately, I will also consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer complaint channels. I sincerely hope the owner reviews this incident, identifies the employee working at the time of this feedback, and takes strict action. Customers should not have to tolerate unacceptable food handling, poor-quality food, and completely disrespectful treatment simply for ordering a meal. FYI - I have gone ahead and filed an official complaint with DineSafe regarding the food handling concerns at the location and the horrible customer service.
