  Please avoid if you value your time. We placed a uber pickup order and we reached the location 20 mins later. They took 45 minutes after that to start making our order. It’s a waste of time and honestly the food was super shit compared to the amount of time taken for it. Honestly the lady there has an attitude and shouldn’t be at the job if she is so miserable doing it.

  Excellent service, accommodating to celiac, yummy fresh food. Nice clean store friendly service highly recommend. I especially love their lime avocado sauce that they put on the food

  The 1 star rating is simply because depending on which employee prepares your food, you're either going to be content with your order OR you have to say '"MORE" 25 times since there is obviously a lack of consistency and standard across the employees. Also, I have been a customer of Mucho for as far back as I can remember and have never been told that burrito sauce on the side is extra instead of in my burrito (so it doesn't get soggy since I have a long drive home before getting a chance to eat)??? Did you guys make this one up on the spot!? I believe it was the manager or owner who told me this as well which makes it even more ridiculous and embarrassing on the overall reputation of this location. Imagine losing a loyal customer over pennies worth of sauce? Again, the inconsistent service is an annoyance and completely unnecessary. Why is it not an issue every other day for the last few years but all of a sudden there is a charge at this location today because you guys randomly felt like trying to pull more money out of a paying customer. I am fed up of this location dressing up a regular or large burrito as a small yet charging me for a regular or large as if I won't notice. So dishonest on your part. Get it together.

  I recently visited Mucho Burrito and had a fantastic experience, thanks to the exceptional service of Yashashvi! 😊 It was my first time trying a burrito, and I was a bit lost, but she took the time to walk me through the menu and explain each ingredient in the veggie bowl and fries. She even offered samples and adjusted the spice level to my liking. Her patience and enthusiasm made all the difference, and I'm so glad I gave Mucho Burrito a try! 💕 Highly recommend checking them out – you won't be disappointed for sure

  I have been here multiple times now and i seem to have reached the concensus that overall --> store is kept pretty clean and tidy, the food is alright no complaints, but the main issue is the portions. Why so little, and why give such little portions when we as customers ask for more / make it a big deal with us?
