  I usually order delivery but I do go in sometimes and the food has already been the same quality in my experience however they always forget to add sauce packets to my bag and then when they do put them in it’s like one of the sauce I want and a bunch of the other ones that i don’t want so i also make sure to select what sauce packets I want when ordering online and still have a 75% chance of not getting any so that’s my only concern

  Waited after ordering in the drive thru for half n hour just to get to the window and no one punched my order in. Then got told it would be a long wait to reorder

  I walked in simply to use the bathroom and there was baby poop on the floor of the bathroom? And then the worker looked dumbfounded even though it looked like someone stepped in it. Not to mention there was hair everywhere in the bathroom is GROSS here

  Food was cold, took forever, and poor serving size of poutine. If give a zero if I could.

  Probably the worst I have ever been in. Food took forever, was cold when I got it, and got half a poutine for both me and my husband. They were serving other before us and they came after us. If I could give a zero I would.
