  Probably the worst I have ever been in. Food took forever, was cold when I got it, and got half a poutine for both me and my husband. They were serving other before us and they came after us. If I could give a zero I would.

  Firstly we went to use the washroom facilities and wash our hands like normal people do please see the attached photo . That KFC / Taco Bell had to be the worst for hygiene practices and food safety practices that I have ever seen in my time. The hot food that was supposed to be hot was not hot the cold food that was supposed to be the Sprite nozzle on the beverage dispenser had mold in it and I brought it to the attention of the attendant who said oh it's at the end you can smell mold from a foot away from the glass this morning we're thinking of making a trip to the hospital it's that bad I'm hoping that it's not food poisoning but I'm really disappointed

  I had a worker who was rude to me but the manger was absolutely amazing and had fixed the problems we had with a smile on her face and was very apologetic I typically never have issues ordering here I order quite often and the service is always amazing aside from yesterday
