Just got ripped off for a chicken bowl with rice. I travel from Vancouver to Québec City by road and this is the first ever Subway location asking me how many spoons of protein I will need. In any other location I tell I need chicken and rice- they fill up the little tray with these two and put it in the oven. Here, she used a spoonful of rice and another one for the chicken. This barely covered the bottom of the little tray. Then she started loading the rice and the chicken into a MUCH smaller size bowl than any other Subway location I have been in Canada. When confronted why they use a different size bowl than the rest of the locations she simply said : these are new. The audacity was to get a half full small size bowl for the full price of the bowl. This Subway branch does not follow the Subway brand policy. The server also allowed herself to raise her voice while trying to convince me the size of the bowl is actually the same as the old one, just different shape. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I would avoid this branch if I was you.
