  I’m really disappointed with my experience at the Subway on 153 Great Northern Road. I ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken salad bowl and a Veggie Delite salad bowl, but the amount of vegetables in both bowls was very disappointing. Especially with the Veggie Delite, I expected a good variety and quantity of vegetables. Instead, there was mostly lettuce, with only two slices of tomato, two slices of cucumber, and a very small amount of bell pepper. When I asked if they could add more vegetables, I was told that the manager had advised the staff to use less. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience at this location. I live nearby, which is why I usually come here, but the consistency and service have been disappointing lately. I also tried calling the store after I got home because I wanted to speak with the manager directly, but no one answered and there was no voicemail available. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. I’m not expecting anything unreasonable—just a salad with a reasonable amount of vegetables for what I’m paying for. I would really appreciate better portions and customer service going forward.

  What happened to subway? Pathetic amount of toppings - 2 tomato slices for a 12" sub and then added toppings we didn't ask for. My chicken bowl had less than an ounce of chicken and was almost nothing but rice and lettuce - rip off. The image shows ALL of the chicken in the bowl. Took a while to get my order because the employee seemed like they were ignoring me to be on a loud personal call about "Amazon". Constantly skimping and zero effort.

  Thank you to the gentleman who was working closing shift on 05/31/2026. Your service was excellent, my sandwich was perfect and the shop was clean!

  The sub was so skimpy with it's toppings it was ridiculous. I had a turkey sandwich and there was hardly any meat and hardly any other toppings. Very disappointing. Was like eating a loaf of bread. Been to that location before and had subs that were great, but now will not go back.
