  The staff was extremely rude and the service was bad. I can’t believe how bad it can be I asked for lettuce spinach and cucumber - only 3 veggies sub and I got a stale bread which smells bad more with one piece of cucumber and 3 leaves of spinach and I asked him . Can u plz add extra cucumber and extra spinach and the person is like no I can’t add I already added like WTH man … didn’t ever experience such a bad service and food at Subway.. on the other side at soo Michigan subway at walmart oh hell they put so much that you have to tell them plz put less like how insane it can be at station mall subway.

  They charged us $16 for a dozen cookies when it is supposed to be $10.99+tax. I went back and asked the employee, if I come in store can I get that price and can I get them assorted (because the app says chocolate chunk) and I was told yes. Went back to inquire about a refund and repurchase, and we were told no, that price doesn’t exist. These 2 interactions were within 5 minutes of each other. It seems the employees make up pricing based on their mood. Hire better employees that know what they’re doing.

  Terrible Service. Got dozen cookies they charged me $16 even though a dozen is $10.99+ tax. When I asked them they said they don’t have access to the price and it only applies when you order online. I have gotten a dozen there before and I got it at the $10.99+ tax price but this time the employee said that deal doesn’t exist and they never had it. Please hire new employees that actually know what they’re doing.

  Terrible service, charged me for a meal and gave me only sub. Was rude to me on call and hung up
