On August 19, my two sons and I went to this location when we visited the Soo. As I always do, I seated my sons first as they're special needs. The female server behind the counter never greeted us, and while I was getting them sorted, she barked 'Are you going to order or wait'?' in a rude tone. Normally I would have left, but we'd just driven 5 hours and we were tired and hungry. Her attitude while she served me was unfriendly. While we were eating, a lady who seemed indigenous came in and asked to use the toilet. She wasn't friendly to her either. Soon several white customers came in and the server was over-the-top polite and friendly, welcoming them and then wishing them a good day, none of which the other lady and I received. Neither of us are white and we were made to feel unwelcome. I sent a complaint to Subway and got the usual fake apology from the owner, who didn't bother to call to find out the details even though he had my phone number. I will not be spending my money there again, especially since the food quality has gone down. If you expect me to pay full price for your slop, at least have the decency to treat me the same as all your patrons.

Absolutely deplorable conditions the food is kept in this location, I walked into for a chicken bacon ranch but the chicken was completely submerged under water, so I opted for a deli style sub but half of the deli meat was rancid, lettuce, green peppers were also rotten. Asked the employee to replace the rancid deli meat and he replied “I cannot”… I walked out and I will never visit this location again. The public health inspector should shut this location down before somebody becomes seriously ill.
